Shed Shell to protect you against them chandies. Psychic for the stab and fighting pokes and gigadrain to recover damage making it sweep longer and also since its stab. Shanco
The Shed Shell on Celebi is such a buzzkill. Seriously. That and why would you ever keep Celebi in against a Bug-type? That's stupid! Let's Make That Set Better... Celebi @ Life Orb / Leftovers Trait: Natural Cure EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Nasty Plot - Leaf Storm - Psychic / Psyshock - Earth Power A sweeper set and an improvement on Kamina's. Nasty Plot doubles Celebi's Special Attack, preparing it to smack down a switch in. The main STAB is Psychic. It's got nice power, but it's a shame you don't get Psyshock to work with. The Grass-type is the other STAB: You have Leaf Storm as a good power source, but unless Celebi has set up substantially it will probably be running for the hills. Which is why you'd run Giga Drain. You get some nice recovery out of it. Celebi also learns Earth Power, which puts Heatran in its place. Iolite
He said if you predict a correct switch on a bug type while Celebi is out currently against a Water poke. I'm guessing the shed shell is there for a Chandy because that set is pretty useful. (I'd post my current Celebi set, however I'm not on my laptop qq)
Iolite
jk now I have it Kamina (Celebi) @ Leftovers Trait: Natural Cure EVs: 232 HP / 252 SDef / 24 Spd Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk) - Giga Drain - Recover - Thunder Wave - Perish Song I was going for the bulky Celebi here 'cause it's on a sand stall that works pretty well. The name is Kamina cause celebi.
Kamina
yay named after me! (not this set the one above) misa (Celebi) @ Leftovers Trait: Natural Cure EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Zen Headbutt - Sucker Punch - Seed Bomb - Swords Dance this set is pretty unorthodox but thats where the element of surprise kicks in : P. Seed Bomb and Zen Headbutt is for stab damage while sucker punch gives Celebi priority and an edge against faster pokemon. The coverage it self is pretty horrible since steel types will have no problem resisting all of moves so its good to be paired up with a chandaleur. Named Neko because the set is wierd like her signature which i cant understand : P (j/k ily)
