Akatsuki1033
Okay so I have been stuck on El's arceus for like ever its so unfair he is level 80 and hits all his focus blasts. My team consists of Zangoose Aggron Zoroark Blaziken Honchkrow and Crobat they are level cap and I still can't win I try to confuse it with crobat then I hope he hits himself twice to make Zangoose be able to set up SD and hope that kills Arceus but the strategy never works out so if anyone can suggests some pokemon that can counter that thing I will greatly appreciate it (I hate this thing so much lol!) thanks in advance . Vinny
Someone made a topic asking for tips against Arceus too. Take a look? http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=8286#entry145749 Best strategy is to get something with Destiny Bond + Focus Band and hope that it works. dragon-in-night
Quick claw is better, it has 20% sucess while Focus Band only has 10%. The easiest way is get a koffing in the wasteland, train it to lvl 40 so it can learn Destiny Bond. Foamy
I think the best strategy is Sturdy Magnezone with Mirror Coat. Or just be awesome like me and Toxic-stall it with Blissey.
mashonem
I think the best strategy is Sturdy Magnezone with Mirror Coat. This is by far the least painful strategy (it also helps that Magnezone is also great to use on it's own). It doesn't depend on luck or soft resets; it's simply a straight up hard counter. Getting Magnezone is a little out of the way though, especially if you haven't been using a Magneton up to that point. I'd always suggest getting a Magnezone to put into your team's rotation though. TheBackwardsLegsMan
Blaziken with Black Belt and Gallade with Quick Claw is what I used. I got two sky uppercuts off with Blaziken (if you level it up one over the cap he gets it for that fight, just common candy him) then I just spammed Close Combat on Gallade. My Gallade did have 255 attack EVs because I raised it against Buffolants, so he was chunking half Arceus's health. You can EV train you Blaziken too if you want (you can get EV reducing berries from the dept. store if you have enough stickers) but it's not necessary.
