Swoobat's a Pokémon that's just.. so wierd it's cool. It took me a good long time to realise that the pre-evolution's heart on its face wasn't an eye, but rather its nose. This set it extremely simple, no pun intended. Calm Mind with Simple becomes a Nasty Plot / Amnesia, bringing the bat to 506 Special Attack, and almost 300 Special Defense. With its natural Sky-high speed, it's prepared to sweep an unprepared team. Psyshock and Air Slash are his best STAB moves, though Psychic can be used over Psyshock if you feel like adding a bit more power, at the cost of being useless against the likes of Chansey and Blissey [And other Special walls, of course.] Shadow Ball is simply what I use, though Hidden Power Fire could be used to hurt the ever popular Ferrothorn of a bit harder [Read: A lot harder.]

I also suppose that Roost is worth mentioning as well, being as after the calm mind, Swoobat can be a decent Special wall itself.
