Darkboredom
Ok so looking back on life I realized I was in a pretty dark place not too long ago. While there were a few people to help me get through it, there really was one person who really caused me to move up and on. She was just a friend and I'm not even sure that she knew how much she helped me. She was always there with a smile and a hug, telling me to stop moping around. She always knew when to drag me around people so I wouldn't drown in my sorrow. Anyways are there any people like that for you guys? Just curious to hear your stories
Shushup
My hero is actually my religion. Ever since I started actually paying attention to it, my life has changed completely. I went for a shy person to a person who is not afraid. It reminded me of things I needed to do, and help me out. Without my religion I think my life would be boring. I am a Catholic btw xD
Guest
Hoooo boy... Long... long story... Yeah, had a really important friend like that... but we had to part ways.. I'l never forget him tho.. if there's something that i'm truly grateful for, is that he made me strong, in a way or another. He helped me overcome my self-loathing, my destructive anger and... stopped me when i was about to do stupid things. We also tooked gaming pretty seriously xD it didn't help that we were kind of polar oposites and he had a liking for rivalry. My main at the time was Houndoom while his was Lucario, for example. .... but i couldn't help him when he needed me the most... welp, these are the parts of the story that i can tell, i guess i did need to get some of this out of my mind anyways. Darkboredom
@Shushup: Religion is cool, but I've never been able to follow one, I prefer my own Interpretations.. @Telos: I know that feeling... I've had so many people that I've been powerless to help.

I am a Catholic btw xD You must be a part of a good group of catholics, cuz my 5 years at catholic schools nearly made me absolutely Discriminative. I can still recite the Our Father off by heart T.T FYI: They forced their religion claiming people could go elsewhere when in reality they could not, even with other people with different religions there. Just wanna make it clear i am NOT prejudiced As for heroes, my favourite author, Jim Butcher. Over the past years i have forced myself to be a better person, exercise some control in my life and be proud rather than the shy, little kid i was. Why? Because i want to be like Harry Dresden, Jim's main character in the Desden files series.
Arkhi
I've never quite had a hero. The people I, at first glance, adored had some fault that essentially broke who they were for me. So even now, I don't quite have one. That's part of the reason I try to act as my own person. Though, if I did have one, I'd like to be able to relate to them. As in, they'd be selfless (more so than I can be), easy to talk to, and just absolutely involved in music. Hopefully, they wouldn't be afraid to talk about themselves.
