Trip with friends

So I'm finally done with college and was thinking of going for a trip with friends.. I'm having a really hard time deciding which of these places to go.. Since we are on a slightly restricted budget I havent put up places which I know will be out of budget for us.. So that removes a lot of major tourist places.. Anyways would appreciate if you all can help.. Also if you know about the various things to do in the list of places please leave them as comments..

We want to go to places where we can chill out, party and adventure sports.. Also we may be interested in sight seeing and historical places so if you'll have any idea about that in the places i mentioned..
