I'm Diane Makepeace! I've been told about Reborn many times by friends and every time I've heard about it, it was adorned in praises and good things, so I tried it out, and it's simply wonderful, mad props to you, Amethyst! I've been a game developer for a little over two years now, almost all of it working at Supergiant Games. I'm sad to say I wasn't associated with the masterpiece that is Bastion, but I was one of the artists behind Transistor(Which is coming out in 05/20!)! I'd love to share my experiences with you guys, as well as tips and tricks to the field of "Art in Video Games". I am also a Homestuck. OH NOOOO, DONT LEAVE THIS POST! NOT YOU TOO! Welp, 'tis the ropes... I think one of my favorite characters is not that hard to deduce, I love this shipping-crazed kitty! I was intending to follow that path for a while, but then decided to go into teaching instead, so in that way I guess we have share a fair few interests, the others being music and gaming and ice-cream! I notice in your post you didn't mention anything about an interest in Pokemon so I was wondering if you tried the game just because of its merits or because you also have an interest in Pokemon as well? Either way, we're happy to welcome you! Something I should mention is that we have a server on Pokemon Online, the competitive battling simulator, which we use to hold the Reborn League, which was the basis of Pokemon Reborn (I believe, but don't quote me on that). The server also doubles as our chatroom, so even if you aren't particularly interested in the meta-game feel free to download it and swing by and participate in our shenanigans (mostly the creation of horrible puns). One last thing I'll say is, feel free to ask anybody here for help regarding anything Reborn, as they will no doubt answer you to the best of their ability. Everyone here is fantastic like that. However, like Mikzal said you should probably ask Tempest or Vinny first, as they'll likely give the best answer. Aside from that, probably ditch any remnants of sanity you may still have after even this much exposure to the reborn forums. Keep the love of ice cream though, that might come in handy.
