No, not moved, taken out completely. Now, obviously, It'll come back eventually, as Ame said it's her intention to have ALL Pokemon available at some point in the game. And I think I've figured out how: She made us choose between Igglybuff and Cleffa She made us choose between Archen and Tirtouga She made us choose between Pinsir and Heracross We (kinda) have to choose between Amaura and Tyrunt (not really) She's gonna make us choose between Magikarp and Feebass! That's sadistic, Ame. Making me choose between my favorite Pokemon and the Bird Jesus of this game. From the look of things i think gyarados will now only be avaiable when we get to the semi-legendaries, which i honestly think it'l be in a few years. Who would pick Magikarp over the power of Feebas? But yeah, Ame probably had the Feebas event figured out before Magikarp was removed so I personally doubt this'll happen.
