Shanco
Let Me Throh You A Set Throh (M) @ Flame Orb Trait: Guts EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk) - Storm Throw - Bulk Up - Payback - Rest This is the set to use if you're not a fan of Circle Throw, this time using Guts in tandem with a Flame Orb to do damage. Storm Throw should then be the replacement, because it throws the opponent around. Bulk Up improves Throh's survivability and is a big "screw you" to Barrier users in combo with Storm Throw. Payback works well as Throh's speed is subpar at best. Rest is for when burn damage has gotten a little out of hand and when Throh needs a...well...rest from the throwing.
Lil' Baby Rupe
Bulk-Up Sleep Talk :] Throh (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Guts EVs: 252 HP / 212 SDef / 44 Spd Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk) - Circle Throw - Bulk Up - Sleep Talk - Rest BW2 introduced a lot of new toys for a lot pokemon to play with, Sleep Talk was a move that was given to almost every pokemon. Wynaut Abuse? Bulk Up boosts attack and defence while Circle Throw is the move of choice, phazing out oppositions Pokemon whilst also doing damage. Rest is to be used when Health is getting too low, and Sleep Talk can be used to take advantage of those two turns of sleep. EVs: - 252 HP is to maximise bulk so Rest can be used most efficiently. - 44 Speed EVs are used to outspeed all base 50s. This can be rather important as it can now beat pokemon such as Donphan and Hippowdon (Faster Phazers can be problematic) - The rest are dumped into SP. def to take special attacks a lot better. Another option is to put speed to 183, to outspeed Skarmory, but that would take away massively from his special bulk so in most cases it wouldn't be worth it. RedKaoss
bulky throw throh (M) @ flame orb trait : guts EVs: 252hp/130spdef/130atk careful nature (atk+ spAtk-) - storm throw/ circle throw - bulk up - rest - stone edge thought circle throw is throhs main move using storm throw if reaguler power is 50% its always crit hit causing it to be doubled making it 100%. so if wanting to keep circle throw thats why gave a option of circle throw and storm throw
