Can someone give me a few tips? :3

Alright guys.

First of all: I´m not really experienced at this, so the team I post might be very, very flawed.

Second: I´m not using any mega-evolutions, legendaries, rotom-w, scizor-bulletpunch, Talonflame, Greninja or aegislash or any of that bullsh*t. Yeah, I am pretty butthurt from those, yet I still don´t want to use those guys because I can :D Maybe because I believe that makes me a more creative person (it doesn´t...). Still, there are some pokemon I simply refuse to use. I´m stupid, I know :D

That also means I will have a disadvantage, yet I still manage to pull through some easily or not, depending on how stupid I am this day ^-^" Well, but maybe some people I fought were pretty bad, so that´s why I won some fights I guess :D

Alakazam (F) @ Life Orb

Shiny: Yes

Trait: Magic Guard

EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

- Taunt

- Psyshock

- Shadow Ball

- Energy Ball

Most of the time the first one (or not), if I think the enemy is going to send out a pokemon with entry-hazards or one that sets up. Simply to taunt them so they can do nuthin´.

Otherwise just special attacks and that, nothing special, this alakazam.

Metagross @ Weakness Policy

Trait: Clear Body

EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def

Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)

- Explosion

- Gyro Ball

- Hammer Arm

- Earthquake

I don´t like scizor, so I thought maybe this guy would work out. Pretty bulky against physical damage and if nothing works I can just set the explosives, make it boom and hope I take the enemy with me :D Gyro Ball is alright, because most enemies are faster, so it´ll hit pretty hard. Hammer Arm just for dmg, like Earthquake. If I see a dark-type out there and if I think it´ll ALMOST bring down meta, then I´ll simply hit Explosion, hope it

isn´t sucker punch, enjoy the weakness policy boost and bomb the enemy :D

Salamence (M) @ Lum Berry (or Life Orb)

Trait: Moxie

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd

Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

- Dragon Claw

- Dragon Dance

- Rock Slide

- Earthquake

Instead of Life Orb I might use Lum Berry just to surprise people who like to paralyse me, then dragon dance or if it´s a prankster hit it HARD :D After that dragon dance or simply hope that +1 by moxie will be enough for the victory (it´s not, I know. That´s why I still hope dragon dance will work)

(Aerodactyl) (M) @ Power Herb

Trait: Rock Head

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

- Taunt

- Rock Slide

- Earthquake

- Sky Attack

Aerodactyl JUST to counter Greninja and Talonflame, cuz I see both rarely with focus sash and people sometimes forget about Aerodactyl´s awesome speed :D

Power Herb + Sky Attack might be a bad surprise and a sudden death for a greninja or any other enemy that doesn´t have higher def, but sadly it can miss (which it does at the worst moments xD). Taunt is there to annoy people who defeated Alakazam and who try to set up again. I like pissing off people that way, I really enjoy it...

Sceptile (F) @ Life Orb

Shiny: Yes

Trait: Overgrow

EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd

Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

- Swords Dance

- Leaf Blade

- Earthquake

- Rock Slide

Another physical attacker. I like Sceptile, so I try to use it. Swords Dance if all faster threats are gone and if it can withstand an attack, then repeat or try to sweep with it.

So that´s my time. Not much thought in that one, so I dunno if it´s alright. I know, I am using a lot of earthquake and rock slide, but that´s me trying to give them some coverage against a few types :D

I also have no idea for the 6th member. So if anyone has an idea, it´d be nice :D

I'm going to be quick about this, but the first thing that jumps out to me is that you have nothing that can take Special attacks well. Hope that something doesn't get switch advantage on you and sets up.

Look through here and find something you like (Not in ubers) and also consider possibly getting something with Whirlwind/Roar

Way too many pokemon with EQ/Rock Slide. Sceptile suffers from being having more special attack, but no good special moves, I also think Aerodactyl AND Salamence seems a little redundant.

I'd probably say put a Mandibuzz in their with MAX HP, and then wherever else you want with either of the defenses. Give it Foul Play, Defog, Whirlwind/Toxic, Roost IMO.

Hmm well I would say Rotom-W, but you know. :P

I would recomend a Crocune. Since your team is somewhat weak to hits? You have Metagross, but it has explosion, and It will die. Leaving you defensless against attacks.

Suicune Leftovers

Pressure

0 IVs in attack

252 HP 252 Def 4 in Sp def

Scald

Rest

Sleep Talk

Calm Mind

Next. I would switch out Sceptile for Tyranitar. You don't really need a lot of Physical attackers.

Tyranitar Leftovers

252 HP 252 ATK 4 into Def

Stealth Rock

Crunch

Stone Edge

Thunder Wave

Stealth Rocks for the good entry hazards.

Crunch to hit Aegislash HARD.

Stone Edge is just a good move. :P

T wave for surprise. :D

Both of those pokes should really patch each other well. And if you need a Electric resistant, Wynaut have a Ferrothorn?

Ferrothorn Leftovers

Sassy 0 Speed IV

252 HP 252 Sp def 4 atk

Leech Seed

Spikes

Protect

Gyro Ball

The 3 pokes support your team pretty well, and the fact that they coverage each other. :D

CroCune? So I should use a Suicune? Nah, I don´t use legendaries :D

Maybe I want to lose fights, but victories are satisfying as hell when the enemy

with his legendaries simply fails against me :3

Maybe I could try to switch out Sceptile for Tyranitar. I like that one too, so that´d be worth a try :D

Ferrothorn? Mhh, dunno. I never played with that one and my style is a bit agressive, but I´m gonna give it a try sooner or later.

Thanks for your help ^^

Ah I see. I forgot you weren't gonna use legends. Hmm.

Wynaut a Clefable then?

Clefable

252 HP 252 Def

Magic Guard/Unaware

Cosmic Power/Calm Mind

Softboiled/Wish/Moonlight

HealBell

Stored Power/MoonBlast

I'd lean SpD over defense since he already is using Metagross as a Physical wall.

True. But I figure, if he is boosting with Cosmic Power, it could act like defensive wall for backup. Because he did list Explosion on Metagross. So just in case it dies.

:)

Or Calm Mind but whatever.

Yeah I've never been big on Explosion in single battles personally, I'd also suggest he takes that off for Stealth Rocks/Reflect/Light Screen or maybe Zen Headbutt if he has to have an attack.

Me eithier. Unless something like Choice Scarf or Choice BANDED. AW YEAH

  • Support Squad

I suggest stocking something with priority, maybe a conkelderp or infernape to cover your meta and Alakazams weakness to dark and get a bit of type coverage too.

Doesn't use legendaries?

Alakazam looks good.
Metagross is a tad iffy. I advise against Gyro Ball, since it has respectable speed, so drop that for Bullet Punch, replace HArm with Pursuit, and get the +Atk. -Sp. Atk nature (I think it's Modest).

Definitely go with the Lum on Salamence. Burns and Paralyses on that thing can cripple it pretty heavily in my encounters against it. DDance and Moxie will pull through.

Use Unnerve on Aerodactyl. Rock Head has no use, currently. I do like the Power Herb Sky Attack: it's fast, furious, and lethal. However, it's not versatile. One use is all you will likely get out of it, so make it count.

That particular Sceptile is good, but you need a special attacker. Sceptile can definitely fill the role of a Special Sweeper, so do some research to make it just that.
You lack something defensive/supportive, so that would be a good finishing touch. If you want more defense, go for Klefki (my personal Klefki is awesome, if anyone is interested). Prankster Iron Defense/Calm Mind will consistently save your ass. If you want more support, go with Meowstic Male w/ Prankster. Set up Dual Screens, get off some Paralysis, and if you REALLY like screwing with the enemy, you can slip Trick in there somewhere.

Not trying to be ruling around. But it's Adamant for future reference. :P

Alright, I´ll switch it for bullet punch. Maybe that move priority on metagross with the high atk will be good ^^

Dunno about HArm switching with Pursuit. Could make it a good trapper I guess, when I think the enemy is gonna switch and that.

Yeah, I think Lum might be a better idea. I´ve seen to many pokemon burn and paralyse my poor dragon, and sometimes life orb is responsible for the faint >_>

Sky Attack is just for those moments that count, against pokemon that are fragile but hit hard (greninja) or if there´s a pokemon that needs to be dealt with quickly. Also has a chance for crit and flinch, so I guess it´s good. That 90% accuracy is annoying though, but sometimes ya have to take risks xD

I dunno about Sceptile, because that special movepool isn´t as nice as it´s physical movepool, but I´ll give it a try.

Currently I have Sableye for Burn, then switch to Sala and try dragon dance.

Sableye (F) @ Iron Ball (or Choice Scarf. Dunno yet)
Shiny: Yes
Trait: Prankster
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp
- Trick
- Foul Play
Just an idea. Dunno if that´d work out as well as the other two. I should try them on my team as well. I even have a Meowstic on my psychic-monotype, just to screw around with some people :D
When I think of defensive, I also think of this fella:

Reuniclus (F) @ Leftovers

Shiny: Yes

Trait: Magic Guard

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef

Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)

- Focus Blast

- Psyshock

- Energy Ball

- Calm Mind

I don't particularly like fighting with 600 BST Pokes. Not enough of a challenge. Of course, it often comes back to bite me, but hell, it's fun.

@UA I never have used Reuniclus before, so I'll give that set a shot. Thank you.
