Guidelines:

-I will not be doing hidden items unless it's concerning Items that are not obtainable otherwise by vendors. That's what the Itemfinder is for

-This part is subject to change if the item later becomes obtainable by vendors. If it never is

currently only obtainable as a hidden item, the location will show as a hidden item

-Another part is that I will only do one of a hidden Item. Having 5 items spread out in this guide will get unorthodox and messy. So I will only cover one way to get things like Gems/Rare

Candies/PP Ups/Ect.

I don't believe there's still a Soul Candle in there.... at least I've never found it.

But, in 7th Street you can buy a Soul Candle, and Litwick is also available from around that point in the story

Buy all the pokemon from the 7th street with the shards and you'll get a exp share by a person.

About the Focus Sash, I actually obtained one in my first playthrough without knowing of either of the two presented (Grand Staircase or the Grotto).
I think it must be the earliest possible one as well, since I was silly as used it up in my fight against Shade.

Anyway, it's in the cave near the Beryl Cemetery. I don't remember exactly where, but I am almost to that point in another playthrough, so I will try to provide evidence asap.

That is, unless it was moved between Ep 14 and 14.6.2

No this is extremely outdated. You have to fight a certain Doxy (trainer) in Peridot Ward (I think she was slightly above the Pokemon Center?) and she'll give you the Rose Incense upon defeating her.

She is in the patch of grass north of the pokemon center, you have to defeat her first and then speak to her again after the battle.

Under the Grand Stairway and Byxbysion Tunnels.

For the former one, there should be a lone rock near the puddle puzzle. It's hidden in there.
