Just found a TM that I had absolutely no idea was even in the game. TM07 Hail. I wonder how many other people that tend to be helpers on this site have completely missed this one, 'cause the item finder won't help with it. Or maybe it's just me that never found it before now. XD

Anyway, it's in the North Aventurine Woods, at a place where you need to remove a log or web (can't remember which one) to get to an area which seemingly holds nothing. Hail is hidden behind a tree there.

Hah, serves me right for not reading the rest of the topic/forgetting what I'd read a month or so ago. Though I don't think it's technically hidden, I'm pretty sure it's just obscured by the tree. Didn't check with the item finder though.

Aaaanyway i've found another one in case any of you guys missed it
The cave next to the the first Poison gym (the guy that throws himself of the bridge, i belive the name was corey). So it's in the cave, in a rock that's inside of a cage (similar to the one nuzleafs lock you in at the near beggining)

EDIT: Oh and also a question: Is it reaally that hard to find the helix through mining ? I came across 2 root fossiles and a bunch of other stuff but no helix this entire day

Fossils are quite rare (They show up like, 1% of the time... based on 100 soft resets in front of the same rock). And well, since there's more than 1 fossil... yeah, the chance to receive a specific fossil are quite low.

No, as far as I'm aware that is only a feature in Sinnoh games.

At least you didn't find the Helix fossil and revive it before discovering the Helix club and realizing what you wasted.

All hidden abilities are available in this game. Without exception.

There is an issue with Tyrantrum though, it's ability changes on evolution from Tyrunt so what you're actually looking for is sturdy.

Vinny, if you see this you have full range buddy. Take in this guide and edit it to your hearts content. I'm a bit stocked up on time considering social life, Nations, other forums, playing competitive pokemon, relaxing. >>; Yeah, I admit I slacked off a bit on this and I do apologize. Hopefully Vinny will make things correct and if not i'll ask somebody else who wants to, to take over this guide. owo

I just got the tm for Hail since I didn't know it could be found there. It turns out I haven't been back there since I didn't even break the log yet. The quickest way to get there is to go to the entrance where there are those two sets of the Bouffalant/Tauros. It's closer to Vanhanen Castle than it is to the Grand Gates. At some point, you need to dismount a Tauros to get to that area with the TM. I can also confirm that it cannot be found with the Item Finder.

Can't you obtain smoke balls from wild Koffing and Weezing? At least bulbapedia says so.

Edit: I was catching some Weezings and I got a smoke ball from one of them, proof:

Just bringing this up, since i'm very bad at updates somebody else took the reigns for me. I don't remember his name but I know he makes a very distinct animal sound. I don't know how it is...Burrrrh? Buuuuhh? Baaaah?

Oh well, you'll know when he makes updates. :3
