You can use whatever moves you like and whatever kind a smeargle you want to like a stall one or a sweeper one or a utility or all of them combined. Standard rules No uber pokemon (reborn rules) altho the only pokemon you can use is smeargle Freeze Clause Sleep Clause OHKO Clause Self KO Clause Evasion Clause WIFI CLAUSE altho you already know what poke the opponent has Species Clause Disallow spectators [till finals] oh and also a ban on baton pass as it might be to OP! AND SMEARGLE CANNOT HAVE THE ABILITY MOOOOOOOOODY (moody) cuz it is supposed to be banned This will be biggest prize pool ever so make sure you join! The winner will get 1000 reborn rupees and second place will get 10 and anyone below that gets nothing :c.
