Dragonz996
[Bulk Up and Forget] Scrafty (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Shed Skin EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Bulk Up - Amnesia - Payback - Drain Punch Well look here, Scrafty can learn Bulk Up and Amnesia! Bulk Up boosts his Attack and Defense so you can hit hard and take Physical hits too. Use Amnesia if you're afraid Scrafty might die from some Special Attacks. Shed Skin helps out in annoying burns which will cut your Attack. Drain Punch helps you hit hard and regain some health while you're at it. Payback works for Ghost types and has 100 Base Power if you're slower than your opponent, and 153 Speed can't really outrun much.
Guest Mafia
Bruce Lee Scrafty (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Shed Skin EVs: 192 HP / 252 Atk / 64 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Dragon Dance - Crunch - Drain Punch - Rest Switch in on a weak attack or spiker and Dragon Dance on the counter switch. Rest/Shed Skin and Drain Punch is okay healing, and Shed Skin in general is a good counter against status inflicting pokemon. Dark and fighting make for good coverage offensively and the given speed EV's will allow you to outrun general threats and problems after two DD's. DrMudkip
Baggy Pants Scrafty (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Shed Skin EVs: 192 HP / 252 Atk / 64 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Dragon Dance - Crunch - Brick Break - Incinerate (Because it burns away berries)
Yuki
Scrafty (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Intimidate EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk) - Bulk Up - Fake Out - Drain Punch - Rock Slide I try to make a point of having a pokemon that can come in on dragon dancers and shit on their parade in every team. This is that pokemon! I run intimidate for the -1 attack, and since I use this on my league team, there's always the chance that I could be crippling three pokemon at once. With a fake out, you're guaranteed to mess with SOMEBODY'S shit, which is always useful~ Bulk up for some extra power and physically defensive goodness, Drain unch for STAB heals, Rock slide for coverage. Best used in synergy with a specially bulky pokemon like chansey, but I use Porygon 2 (:
Phazer
Commander Chan JACKIE CHAN (Scrafty) (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Shed Skin EVs: 124 HP / 52 Atk / 148 Def / 96 SDef / 88 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Amnesia - Crunch - Dragon Dance - Drain Punch So easy to use, put it up against a pokemon that is threatened against it and dance when it counter switches, that dance will only make you faster then half of the pokemon in the metagames, yeah sucks huh? Well the attack boost is awesome, amnesia against a special attacker that could waste Scrafty. Drain Punch that's used for healing along with Crunch is pretty scary, against a pokemon that's neutral to Crunch and Drain Punch you should use Crunch first because of the defense lowering effect, then go with Drain to take more health than usual. Shanco
Bulky Fighter Harlem (Scrafty) (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Intimidate / Shed Skin EVs: 252 HP / 44 Atk / 212 SDef Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk) / Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd) - Bulk Up - Head Smash - Crunch / Protect - Drain Punch Here's a set that plays to the fact that Scrafty's defenses are well above average for a Fighting-type. The trick is to get this out on an early- to mid-game attacker and set up shop. Bulk Up gives Scrafty some offensive prowess and gives it neat defenses on both sides. Head Smash will be undoubtedly your hardest hitting attack and will keep Tornadus at bay, as otherwise it is the biggest threat to Scrafty's existence. It also hits many, many things harder than Ice Punch. Drain Punch recovers any damage dealt to Scrafty either by Head Smash or other means. You could run Crunch for that coverage core, or if you have enough faith in Head Smash, you could use Protect to scout the opponent. As Scrafty doesn't have good speed, this set is recommended for Trick Room use, but it still does fine outside of Trick Room. The ability choice comes down to whether you want to switch in on more things (Intimidate) or you're afraid of burns (Shed Skin). Shanco
TRY THIS! Band of Scraftys Scrafty (M) @ Choice Band Trait: Moxie EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Drain Punch - Crunch - Hi Jump Kick / Outrage / ThunderPunch - Outrage / Hi Jump Kick / Ice Punch For a Fighting-type, Scrafty has kind of awesome bulk. Comes at the cost of its Attack, though, but hey, 90 base still isn't that bad. That and Moxie boosts its offenses further in addition to the Choice Band, which makes up for the missing brutal power. Drain Punch is a must-have on the set in terms of self-sustenance. Crunch is the other STAB which gives you reason to throw it against something like Starmie. The last two moves are down to what ya feel like because Scrafty's movepool is that awesome. Hi Jump Kick is a STAB move on steroids, but don't abuse it too much. Since Scrafty for some odd reason can breed with dragons, it gets Outrage, which is an awesome move to abuse Moxie with, and gets legitimately perfect coverage with Drain Punch and Hi Jump Kick. However, if there's Rain teams that need to be put in their place, then by all means go crazy with ThunderPunch and Ice Punch for another dream coverage combo. Not as powerful as the other, but in my opinion more reliable with the Choice Band. As for the EVs, I personally would run max HP because of those defenses, but if you want to run max Speed and Jolly nature instead then I won't stop you. Sir Flash™
Scrafty (M) @ Weakness Policy Shiny: Yes Trait: Shed Skin EVs: 220 HP / 144 Def / 144 SDef Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk) - Bulk Up - Amnesia - Drain Punch - Knock Off This is the best Scrafty build NA and is completely viable... With Shed Skin, status alignments won't matter and you will tank most things.... With Weakness Policy you will not have to use bulk up as often and drain punch is your healing move... Knock Off can be used for switch in's. You can replace knock off with rest, but you will have to choose leftovers, over Weakness Policy... Deleted User
Went for something a bit different. Scrafty (M/F) @ Assault Vest Trait: Moxie EVs: 120 HP / 136 Atk / 252 Def Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Drain Punch - Knock Off - Stone Edge - Fake Out This gives great Bulk and the Fake Out can be used for Revenge kills which will also activate Moxie if given the chance. Drain Punch can be good for recovery, Knock Off because Knock Off is just good ok? Stone Edge is for coverage more than anything else and if you want to predict a switch into a flying type. This would be better suited later in the game when each person is down to 3 or 4 pokes. Sending it in at the right time and this be able to wall and dish out the pain at the same time. Biggest drawback is that it is pretty slow and obviously as always with Scrafty, watch out for them Fairies.
