I know on the location guide it says to mine a rock near the beryl wall, but I having trouble finding the rock. Directions and/or screenshots would be helpful. 0 zimvader42 Posted August 8, 2014 Share Posted August 8, 2014 (edited) If I recall correctly, you can get a Piplup in 7th street, trading a "rare candy" to a guy in one of the smoking places there. 7th street is on the North Obsidia Ward, and you gain access to it from different locations depending on which gang you join, either AQUA or MAGMA. However, I don't think I ever had to go to the Beryl ward to get my "rare candy". I got mine in 7th street, then a guy stole it, then I got it back, then I traded it for Piplup. EDIT: Beryl WALL. My bad. Anyway, though I DID get a second rare candy from a rock, I still think I got my first one from a NPC there.
