Soothe Bell / Evolve a pokemon

Hello, I can't evolve my Azurill to Marill.

She is at level 42 and doesn't evolve.

How can I make her evolve? Do I need Soothe Bell? Where can I obtain it?

you need to increase its happiness. the easiest and fastest ways to do this are to use the salons in obsidia ward and reset the dat so you can use them more then once in a day, or you can use the EV reducing berries in the department store ( 4th floor i believe?)

There are no soothe bells in the game, like Rebornrangr said the easiest way is to buy ev berries and use the salon. Some other things u can try is run around with a speed hack or try to get a blue moon ice cream though I have no idea how.

according to Ame, Bluemoon icecream can some times be obtained from certain vendors in the game.

anyways, it is by far the fastest way to raise happiness to maximum (Literally, your mons could hate you, and give them one o these, they'll freaking become your best buddy. I know because I tried it for myself.). the next best options besides Bluemoon, are either the EV berries or the salons in the obsidia ward.

I also know another way to obtain Bluemoon Ice cream, though be warned, it's not the "legit" way to go about obtaining it. so if you got an issue with Cheating and that sort, then don't ask me about it.

I went to department store but I didn't find any EV reducing berries.

Is that the same thing as Common Candy?

no dont use common candies, they reduce happiness. the EV reducung berries should be desctibed as "increases happiness but decreases *insert stat here*." something like that

The EV reducing berries is on the 4th floor of the department store. They are called "Friendship Berries."
