He was slightly shocked at the vast sea of items that lay before him. So many things he could use for his long, hard travels. Stamina bands! Apples! Money ahoy!

But he'd known...

Turning around slowly and quietly as possible, he whispered to the team,

"Everyone... You may believe I was wrong. But believe me. There are giant amounts of pokemon somewhere here. I can sense their presenses... Focusing and breathing slowly again, he gained another Future Sight.

It showed a display of his team wandering about, astonished by the riches, when-

His focus was shattered and he lost the sight as the two gang members from before appeared from the opposite hall.

"Why, hello again, Jake. Friends. I thought I'd just let you know something..."

"You two! What do you want!? I've already kicked your butts once..."

"It's not just territory anymore..."

"Then what is it you want!?"

"You'll find out soon... We thought we'd set a little trap for you as revenge... Now as I was saying before you so rudely interrupted... We'd like you to meet our boss!" The sneasel at the houndour's side nodded in agreement.

A dark shadow appeared. Jake felt a terribly evil presence approaching and backed up a bit...

Then...

Suspense... Pure quiet...

The shadow came into to the room slowly, and Jake slid back almost as a sheild for the team, closing his eyes as he felt impending doom.

... And a furret walked in.

"Hello boys! Is this the part where Jake and his goons look up?"

The furret made a horrid smile as Jake slowly looked up to see eyes glowing down on them, and suddenly enemies flooded the room, and the furret, houndour, and sneasel left.

"Listen, those guys really hate me. I'm yet to have a better reason than territory. But I KNOW that they dislike me for something more, I'll explain all this later! Now come on! We can only fight our way out! These are just a bunch of enemies common to this area! He entered a battle stance, and began fighting his closest enemy.

It wasn't very long before the three arrived at the front gates of the castle. the place was impressive to say the least, silvery white walls and bastions rising high above a moat of pure sparkling blue. A porticus was visible on the exterior wall across the water from them, a path way of large, circular white stones leading the way to it. Before they could even take a single step, however, a Feebas popped up to the surface of the water, Calling out to the group. "Halt! Entry into the castle is for Members only! I repeat: Entry into the Castle is for members only!"

"You gotta be kidding me!" Draidon shouted as the thief blitz right out of his pace and into the mountain, disappearing within the Mystery dungeon. "So damn close!" He turned around to the others as they made their way up the slope. "Hurry it up, We'll never find her if she get's too far in!" with that said he stormed off into the Dungeon, rushing up the stairs leading into the first floor and scanning the room as he came to the top.

There was a Parasect sleeping in the corner...oh...no. wait. he wasn't sleeping. he had been knocked out cold and burned. Well, at least she didn't make any effort to cover her tracks... he thought to himself, heading for the corridor that split off from the room from beside where the Parasect lay unresponsive, nabbing 54 Poke from the ground as he passed.

((Yes, he will still be within sight upon you entering the room))

Artemis flew down and presented her Seacrest badge to the Feebas guarding the door. "Artemis and MacMillan here. We brought a friend we met along the way." she indicated Otto with a white wing. "He seems to have a blank badge at the moment and has considered joining us for missions. Would you please let Lady Mira know of this?"

"Hmmm.... very well then," Mercury said, sinking back beneath the waves. a moment later a short Click! was heard and the gate rose over the Entrance. He reappeared soon afterwards, hopping out of the water and onto the stepping stone pathway, looking up at the three Explorers. "Follow me, I shall escort you to her." he turned and began hopping across the white stones, entering into the castle.

((Assume that Mac is just following behind you two for now))

"Thank you," Artemis responded before stepping in after Mercury. She still wondered how he is not hurting after all of that bouncing he has to do to get anywhere inside. Surely, with all of the wealth Lady Mira has amassed, she could at least build a water passageway for her legless water Pokemon to travel in. "Don't worry, Otto, we can back you up if necessary. Just follow us."

Alina nodded. "Right!" She whirled around and sent an avalanche tumbling from the sky down on the three enemies in front of her: a cherrim, tropius, and houndoom. The blocks of ice and snow quickly disappeared as they had appeared, but not before freezing the cherrim and knocking out the tropius. But while the grass types suffered much damage, the houndoom appeared to hardly have gotten a single scratch. Thankfully, before the houndoom could make a move, Jory followed up behind her with a tail slap, striking four times and landing one critical.

In a blazing fury of lashing teeth and claws, Jake was taking on a exegguttor, a tropius, and an alakazam. He took quite a large bit of damage before it was all over... He looked back for a moment on how he'd said that he had no idea of why that gang hated him most. He knew he was lying. That whole time... Before all this... As a kid... That gang hadn't been a gang, it was his family. Territory used to be a home. And he betrayed them all.

He could still remember that stormy night In the town. He was wondering about as a child.

(furret) "look... Is that a little kid out there?..."

(Houndour) "looks to be so sir... What should we do?"

(Furret) "we should do the right thing and bring this kid back."

That was the day his life changed... But he betrayed them... He left them all behind... But that was a memory to pass through later! A vespiqueen stepped up to fight him. Within an exchange of night slashes, and a few strikes from the vespiqeeun, Jake had finally won. Now though, he only had a little strength left, and slowly but surely, are one of the oran berries from his bag... But there were so many opponents left... Could they actually win?...

Wait. That's it!

"Perish song!"

He emmenated a beautiful song, that suddenly smashed into what sounded like a million cases crashing onto a floor, knocking out 4 of the rooms pokemon. There remain 5, and they were closing in... Jake threw sucker punches, night slashes,

Play roughes, everything he had at the 2 enemies that approached him. He just hoped his allies would be ok.

Roy charged into the room, blood rushing through his veins. The adrenaline from chasing the Arcanine had Roy hyped, and he was ready to fight. Roy caught sight of Draidon and rushed towards him. "WHERE'S THE THIEVING BITCH?!"

The Castle was awe inspiring as Mercury led the trio inside. The open air, Triangular Courtyard just beyond the entrance porticus was an impressive expanse of white marble etched with thousands of tiny lines coming together to form various pictures and images of different species of water types, forming a beautiful mural on the floor in which lines of blue water, so pure that it actually glowed with serenity, flowed in between, lighting up the hole space and making the artwork quite visible from the contrast with the white stone. To either side of the place stood a set of heavy wooden doors, both of which stood upon at the moment, operable by a simple water powered pulley system that had been devised for both of them. Standing before the group was another set of doors at the top of the triangle. Mercury stopped and pointed out both of them to the group as he walked, gesturing with his tiny fins.

"As you can see," he began. "The two of you already know this, but for the new prospective member, Ahem: the door to the right leads to the Kitchen, Dining hall, and Member Sleeping quarters. The door to your left leads to the Sleeping Quarters for the Elders, Do not ever enter venture in there without the explicit escortment or invitation of an Elder or lady Mira herself, I will tell you now, the consequences will be severe if you do, and to Several other areas that you've no business being in or near unless Lady Mira herself gives you a certain job to do. As for the door in front of us, this leads to the Castle Library, which contains a wealth of knowledge of various dungeons, consisting of maps, tombs about ancient treasure and lore, The Mission board, from which the purpose is rather self explanatory, and also the throne room, which is where I am taking you all now. Follow."

He turned around and again began hopping through the doors leading to the throne room, turning again and halting the group when they stood before a pair of silver etched doors depicting the moon and the sea upon their faces. "Wait here for a moment," he ordered. "I shall go inform lady Mira of your desire to join." Then he hopped back a few feet, came charging forward towards the wooden slabs and used a quick Tackle Attack, pushing open one of the doors with the momentum and disappearing inside, leaving the three of them standing in the corridor alone.

"Follow the trial of burned Dungeon Dwellers," was all Draidon had to say to the dull-witted and temperamental Timbur, disappearing from the hall way and finding the stairs in the next room... along with several more beaten and scorched Dungeon Dwellers. So many that they were scattered and sprawled all along the floor.

"Get in here!" Draidon ordered loudly. "You guys need to see what we're up against here!"

"Calm yourself, kid," Atton said as Roy entered, looking a bit overly feisty. He kneeled down beside one of the many fainted pokemon. There was no doubt about it, the arcanine had most definitely been this way. "She's already kicked the living crap out of everyone here... and the same thing can probably be said for all the upper floors." with that he again stood, moving over to the stair case and beginning to climb.

"I'm going to go see what's the situation on the second floor," he said sternly to Roy. "Wait here for the others to catch up... I should be back soon." he then headed up to the next floor, disappearing from sight.

Artemis watched this all silently as Mercury explained the rules of the castle. Once he went into Lady Mira's throne room, Artemis turned to Otto. "Now that we are alone, without an eavesdropper this time, there is something I want to ask you. Otto, back in that dungeon, you wanted to tell me something about how you got the Explorer bag and the blank badge. Don't get me wrong; I just found it's strange that you would manage to get those items without being recruited. Can you explain that to me?"

"Eh, Same here," Mac said, joining in. "I really don't see any condonable way you could get either of those items without being allied to a castle first... or maybe... were you a part of a rouge team, like Trust, perhaps?"

Otto took on a serious look, and then he spoke to Artemis and Mac.

"Artemis, Mac, I know that this sounds completely ridiculous, but in reality, I'm not what I seem to be on the surface."

As he spoke, he put the Treasure Bag down, making the Crystal Orb within it easy for him to access.

Otto pulled out the Crystal Orb.

"What I mean is, I'm actually a Human in the shape of an Oshawott. If you don't believe me, see for yourself."
Otto then looked into the Crystal Orb, becoming engulfed in a blinding light and turning into a Human as he did so.

Artemis flew back a few feet to get a better look at the human boy once the flash dimmed. "Woah... No way..." She flew up to examine Otto from head to toe, prodding him lightly just to see if he's real or not. Once she is satisfied, she flew back down and sat besides Mac. "He's not lying, MacMillan. Otto definitely doesn't look like any Pokemon I have ever seen in this form. But, how could this be? There hasn't been a human in our world since the days of Primal Dialga's rampage... And I thought that was only a myth... Otto, do you remember how you got here?"

"Indeed... there haven't," Mac concurred. "I'm going to just take a wild guess here... and say that perhaps the Lord Arceus may have had something to do with it." he crossed his arm's, examining the human form of Otto, the Oshawot who was also apparently now a shapeshifter like a Zoroark. "That's honestly the only way to possibly explain this, after them being gone from the world for so long... Otherwise, it's simply too strange to even consider."

Otto answered their questions.

"The reason I'm here is directly related to the Pokemon that masterminded the Scheme involving Primal Dialga. Arceus brought five other Humans to this Universe as well, and said something along the lines of Darkrai returning, this time with better plans, and having worked covertly, Arceus and the other three Guardians only having noticed the effects very recently. Arceus also mentioned that this time around, the Temple of Space had been tampered with in some way, but said that he needed to confer with Palkia on that matter before he disclosed additional details."

Otto then turned back into an Oshawott, and spoke again.

"Arceus then gave us each an identical set of Equipment, and it was the Crystalline Orb in our Bags that turned us into six different Pokemon."

"Uh huh..." Mac said, his face unreadable. "If that's the case, then Lady Mira should probably hear this as well..." Just as the words came out of his mouth, the doors to the throne room opened once more, Mercury poking his head out and looking down the stairs at the trio.

"Lady Mira has approved an audience with you two and the prospective member," he said to Mac and Artemis, pushing the door open further. "Come, she awaits you within..."

"Guess you'll get a chance to tell her right now then," Mac said, walking up the stairs and entering the throne room as Mercury held the door ajar.

"Thank you, Mercury." The Swablu then flew in after Otto and MacMillan. 'Arceus actually saying that our world is in danger... Darkrai... and 5 other humans transformed into Pokemon... Yes, if what Otto said is really true - and it didn't seem like he was lying at all - this is something Lady Mira has to know about right away.'

Roy barely heard Sparky when he asked his question. Roy was itching for a fight, but he spared time to answer his question.

"That hound up and K.Oed each of the dungeon guy, things, people. Draidon went ahead while I waited for you, Vince and Ace."
