Reckless as Hell!

Bouffalant @ Lum Berry / Leftovers
Trait: Reckless
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Wild Charge / Taunt / Megahorn
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Head Charge / Return

Granted this Pokémon lacks the speed to really sweep, it can use Swords Dance to supercharge moves like Head Charge and Earthquake. This Afro-Bull is more focused on taking out slower Pokémon and walls with it's Reckless-boosted STAB Head Charge attacks. Taunt is for Pokémon who try and status you again after your Lum Berry cures it the first time, leaving them, plenty of times, to switch, letting you get a Swords Dance out. Megahorn and Wild Charge are for coverage and Return is for a safer alternative to Head Charge's recoil. This set can also be useful on Trick Room teams, though a Brave Nature (+Atk / -Spd) and 0 IVs in Speed is essential.

Trick Room Beast
Bouffalant @ Choice Band/Life Orb/Leftovers
Trait: Reckless
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Brave Nature
- Head Charge
- Superpower
- Wild Charge
- Earthquake/Payback

To reach Bouffalant's potential, put it in a Trick Room team and use this set to deal lots of damage against everything
Head Charge is for main STAB which is boosted by Reckless
Superpower to kill Steel types that switches in and expect to wall this buffalo
Wild Charge for Water and Flying types. good against Jellicent
Earthquake against Steel or Rock types as well, if you don't want the attack drop from Superpower, or Payback to deal nice damage against Ghost types
