Bullet
[Specs] [Hydregion] (M/F) @ [Choice Specs] Trait: [Levitate] EVs: [252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP] [Nature] Modest/Timid - Draco Meteor - Flamethrower - Surf - Dark Pulse [Say hello to the guy who wrecks the world. Even Steels will be feeling the sting after a couple of switchins to Draco Meteors, and Flamethrower can roast them on the spot. Surf is a nice little coverage move for Hippowdon and the like, Dark Pulse rounds it out with a solid STAB move that has a bonus of hitting ghost types hard. Timid and Modest is your choice, Modest is preferred for that extra kick, and because base 100 speeds are speed creeps who will go for +speed natures and outspeed you anyways. However, Timid does let you outspeed any non-scarfed non-boosted Ononokusu and base 95s.]
Dragonz996
[Special Sweeper] Sazandora (M/F) @ Leftovers/Life Orb Trait: Levitate EVs: 4 HP / 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed Modest Nature/Timid Nature - Surf - Flamethrower - Dark Pulse - Dragon Pulse Dragon Pulse and Dark Pulse for good STAB Moves, and you've got Flamethrower in case of Ice and Steel Pokemon. Surf is for Heatran which resists all other moves. For Natures, Modest for power and Timid for speed. And you can choose either Leftovers for durability or Life Orb for power. N8theGr8
You're Gonna Need More Than One Scarf on This Thing Hydreigon @ Choice Scarf Trait: Levitate EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpAtk / 252 Speed Naive/Rash Nature - Draco Meteor - Fire Blast/Flamethrower - Surf/Earth Power/Dragon Pulse/Dark Pulse - U-Turn A surprisingly good scarfer, thanks to its decent bulk and great offensive movepool. Rivaled by Latios, Hydreigon has two key assets that Latios lacks: U-Turn and a Fire move (actually, 2 Fire moves). Draco Meteor is obvious; it's ridiculous how much it does to everything. Fire Blast and Flamethrower decimate every Steel that dares to get in your way, barring Heatran. Surf and Earth Power quickly dispose of Heatran and other things, but Dragon Pulse is a more spammable attack you can use late game. Dark Pulse is another STAB move that scores extra coverage against odd stuff. U-Turn is to scout, and Hydreigon's Attack is far from bad. Latios and Hydreigon are obvious rivals for a scarf position, but there are key differences, especially the ones outlined earlier. Hydreigon is weak to Fighting, while Latios resists Fighting. If your team is already Fighting-weak, definitely go with Latios over Hydreigon. If not, definitely consider Hydreigon to be a revenge killer for your team. Bullet
[quote name='Dragonz996' timestamp='1296715584' post='10291'] [Special Sweeper] Sazandora (M/F) @ Leftovers/Life Orb Trait: Levitate EVs: 4 HP / 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed Modest Nature/Timid Nature - Surf/Flamethrower - Flash Cannon - Dark Pulse - Dragon Pulse The set that will beat anything that appears in front of it. Dragon Pulse and Dark Pulse for good STAB Moves, and you've got Flash Cannon in case of Ice Pokemon. Surf and Flamethrower are for coverage. For Natures, Modest for power and Timid for speed. And you can choose either Leftovers for durability or Life Orb for power. [/quote] Flamethrower beats Ice types and gets far better coverage than Flash Cannon.... Oh, it has more base power as well...

Noivy
Hit-n-run Tsavo (Hydreigon) (M) @ Expert Belt Trait: Levitate EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def) - Dragon Pulse - Dark Pulse - Surf - U-turn Hydreigon is not as slow as most people are used to thinking. 324 at max isn't terrible. An Expert Belt in hand, this thing can lay down the special smackdown and can run away from incoming attacks with U-Turn. This set works wonders when paired with Skarmory or a Ghost type. diana
Princess's Wrath Luna (Hydreigon) (F) @ White Herb Trait: Levitate EVs: 252 Sp. Atk / 4 Sp. Def / 252 Speed Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Draco Meteor - Dark Pulse - Heat Wave/Flamethrower/Fire Blast - Earth Power This is my personal favorite set; Draco Meteor kicks some serious ass of anything that isn't a dedicated Special Wall or Steel Type; even then, some Steels can still take some serious damage from it (Skarmory and Forretress switch ins!) and a critical hit can wreck pokemon entirely. Dark Pulse is secondary STAB which actually provides a bit of neutral coverage, while hitting for respectable damage neutrally. Your fire move of choice takes care of many steel types in the tier while not under rain; I prefer Heat Wave as a middle ground, but any move works. Earth Power hits Specially Defensive Heatran really hard after Air Balloon is gone; even if that's truly it's only purpose, it does it well.
