Electric and Dragon is an absolutely terrible type combination, but in Ubers and in conjunction with Focus Blast, allows for an impressive amount of coverage. Bolt Strike is for that absolute "have to kill every flying and water type forever, who cares about accuracy?!" Focus Blast for the hilariously common Ferrothorn, Fusion Bolt for the accuracy but still monster kills, and Outrage for the 2-3 turns of destruction after which Zekrom will be like "Who are you? Where am I? Why am I a dragon?" and then ko's himself in his confusion.
