Keldeo @ Mystic Water/Expert Belt Trait: Justified EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Aqua Jet - Secret Sword - Scald - Hidden Power [Ice] He's quick he's powerful he's the bringer of justice! With his Secret Sword he can cut through any rock and steel and dark types. Since Secret causes physical damage be careful what you stab, sometimes using scald is better for it's STAB and the chance to burn your opponent. That Excadrill on a ballon? Pop any balloon with an Aqua Jet if you think it's faster than you so that your team members can easily kill it off later. Hidden power ice for everything else that could come your way, ground, dragon, grass. With such a high special attack will surely leave your enemy disposable. And as a last resort aqua jet your faster opponent to take him down a notch. The choice of Mystic Water and Exper belt is yours, Mystic water +STAB on scald and aqua jet make them powerful moves but Expert belt boosts everything for almost every occasion and could be what wins you the match.
