This is just a preliminary post I'm producing to make sure you guys have a smooth time transitioning from v13 to 13.5
As stated before, there were several revamps game-wise, AND script wise. So there have been shakiness in terms of conversion.
However, as a player, all you have to worry about is one thing.
Before that, let's talk about how the download will work.
HOW TO UPDATE YOUR GAME GOING FORWARD:
When you download the game, the folder is going to be quite empty. There is an exe called updater.exe. Click that and it'll fill up the folder with the contents of
the game. This is how you'll update your game EVERY time there's an update. The links here won't be manually updated each time. (hopefully).
Once the download with the updater is complete, your folder should look like this:
Due to the nature of how the exe works, your antivirus program may think it's malware and delete it. It's not a virus, I promise you.
If this is giving too much trouble, we should have links for you to manually download the game, so no worries.
For your save file to convert properly, you MUST save ANYWHERE inside the League Administration area. Any room will do.
You MUST have also defeated Saki. These are your conditions. Loading up anywhere else will result in major problems, I'm not kidding.
There may be some instances where you're safe to load and fly to Sashila, but I seriously advise against taking that chance.
Once you load up in the right area, you will see this message pop up:
After this is done, you're ready to go! Really, that's all! I even threw in 3 Data Drives to start you off if you're interested in using the password mechanic! (Yes, there are passwords this ver. However, not all of Reborn's passwords are implemented.)
You can start .Karma Files content by speaking to Erin in this room.
You will be directed further on from that point. If you're still lost, use our new Quest Log system!
That aside, there's a LOOOOOT to do in 13.5. A lot of people during alpha/beta have mentioned that calling this a half version is sort of a disservice. Welp, oops.
But here's a couple of important things you should do right away!

1.) Visit Luck's Tent!
There is one tent on each major island.
Floria Island: (Gearen Park)
Terajuma Island: (Mynori Sea)
Terrial Island: (Route 7)
Badlands: (Zorrialyn Coast)
2.) Activate Fast Travel Posts!:
Like Luck's Tent, each island has its own form of fast travel now! They're all like Truck Daddy's Guy's services.

Terajuma Posts:
Terajuma Island has Noctowl Statues scattered all across the island. All you have to do is interact with them and they're permanently unlocked!
Terrial Island/Badlands:
On Terrial Island AND the Badlands, there are these Braviary Posts. Just interact with them and theyre permanently activated. Some may not activate until some story progress.
3.) Visit Kecleon's Bazaar!
Kecleon's shop on Route 2 has a new look! There are items here that are stocked DAILY! You can also fly here at any time to check on their wares~. If you want to complete your dex, Kecleon sells a very elusive item that may be integral to that quest...

Boss Mechanic Changes!
The way bosses work have changed! They are a lot less restricting. You have a lot of freedom in what you can do against your enemies~.
So, how does this work?
This is how the stage is set for you.
At the top of the Diamond Graphic are your shields. Shields act like extra HP bars for boss Pokemon.
When an opponent's health bar depletes completely, a shield will break and their HP will be set to full once again.
Once all shields are down and the opponents HP reaches 0 once again, the boss will finally go down.
Red Diamonds indicate active shields, so for this Garbodor, you'll have to break down its shields twice and then once more for the kill.
Black Diamonds indicate inactive shields. It is what it says on the tin. These are just spots for bosses who have more shields later on.
On the bottom half, we have the Type Icons. Sometimes when a shield is broken, a boss may change its typing. That will be indicated in this spot.
